About Top Performance Results, LLC

16 years building businesses, developing leaders, and helping small business owners work smarter.

Our Story

Top Performance Results did not start with a grand plan. It started with a DiSC assessment.

Diane Lazarowicz had experienced the power of behavioral assessments firsthand during her corporate career as a Vice President of Fixed Income Trading and Sales Operations on Wall Street and recognized immediately that small business owners were missing access to tools that larger organizations took for granted.

She started by bringing DiSC assessments to small businesses. During her sessions, clients began asking her to coach them. So she got certified as an executive coach. In that work she saw a consistent need for stronger leadership development and team dynamics. She added the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team facilitations and leadership training. When people began to ask her to speak on these topics she started speaking.

For over a decade that was the work — coaching, assessing, facilitating, speaking, helping small business owners lead better and build stronger teams.

Then AI arrived.

With a degree in Information Systems and a naturally technical mindset, Diane embraced AI immediately, not as a novelty but as a practical operational tool. She noticed something that most people in her space were missing: Corporate America was adopting AI aggressively, but small businesses were barely getting started.

That gap was the problem worth solving.

What Diane had learned from over a decade of working inside small businesses was how work actually flowed, where time disappears, and how teams break down. In addition, her Wall Street operational background and deep understanding of AI led her to create something new: The Workflow Refinement Method™ (WRM). This method is a structured approach to redesigning how work gets done, applying AI where it genuinely reduces workload, and creating the operational clarity that small businesses need but rarely receive.
