AI Training · Builds The User

Build Your AI Foundation

A guided course that takes a professional from “I know AI exists” to “I am using AI productively in my actual work.” Participants leave with a documented plan for their role, prompts that produce usable results, and their first working AI tools.

Why AI Is Not Delivering The Results You Expected

Most professionals use AI the way they used Google.

They type a question and hope for a useful answer. That approach returns generic results and creates no lasting change in how work gets done. Six months later the tool is still open in a browser tab and the week looks exactly the way it did before.

AI Training teaches a different approach. Before AI can save anyone time, the person has to understand their own work in terms of workflows and deliverables rather than isolated tasks, and then learn to direct AI at the pieces that consume the most hours. That understanding is the foundation, and it is what this course builds.

The AI Role Plan

Every participant builds an 8 by 8 matrix: the eight core competencies of their role, and for each one, the eight deliverables that competency produces. Sixty-four squares. By the end of the course each square holds a decision about where AI supports the work, where it does not, and what the person will build first.

The Role Plan drives everything that follows, in this course and in any consulting engagement after it.

The Lessons

The same curriculum for every industry, with about one in five examples drawn from yours.

Lesson 1

Your AI Role Plan

Build the 8 by 8 matrix for your role. This is the inventory of your work that every later lesson draws on.

Lesson 2

Prompt Engineering For Your Work

The 4-Part Prompt, the Socratic Step, and the 3P Prompt Chain, applied to deliverables from your own Role Plan.

Lesson 3

Personal Board Of Advisors

Turn AI into a set of advisors you consult for the decisions and judgment calls your role demands, each with a defined point of view.

Lesson 4

AI For Leadership

How AI changes the way you communicate direction, prepare for meetings, and support the people who report to you.

Lesson 5

Build An AI Workspace For Recurring Work

Set up a workspace in your AI tool that holds your context, your standards, and your recurring deliverables, so the work runs the same way every time.

Lesson 6

Working Session And Forward Path

Hands-on time on your own deliverables, then a plan for the ninety days after the course ends.

What You Walk Away With

  • A completed AI Role Plan documenting where AI supports your work
  • One to two working AI assistants you actively use from day one
  • Prompts built for your real deliverables, not generic examples
  • A personal board of advisors you can consult on demand
  • A new way of looking at work in terms of workflows rather than isolated tasks
  • The foundation an organization needs before workflows can be redesigned

Who This Is For

Managers and teams in small and mid-sized businesses who are new to AI, or who have been using it without much to show for it. It is the right starting point if you recognize any of these:

  • Work keeps coming back to you even though it should not
  • Your team is busy but results feel inconsistent
  • You have added tools but the problems did not go away
  • You know something is inefficient but you cannot pinpoint exactly what

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting. Figuring it out is exactly what this course is for.

After The Course

AI Training builds the user. When a team has completed it and the owner wants the same thinking applied across the whole business, that is the work of AI Consulting: reclaiming lost time, optimizing the workflows that cross departments, and transforming how work gets done. Many clients stop at training and get what they came for. The path is there for the ones who want more.

Start With A Conversation

Thirty minutes to talk through your team, your workflows, and whether this course is the right first step. No preparation needed.

Schedule A Workflow Conversation

If you had to name the one task in your week that AI should already be doing for you, could you name it right now?
