Coaching for Executives and
At Top Performance Results, LLC, we grow leaders both personally and professionally. We are attuned to creating performance for the company as well as the individual. Our executive coaching is a partnership between you, the leader, executive, manager or business owner, and us. Your coaching engagement usually begins with an assessment to understand strengths, challenges, and goals. We may interview co-workers to gather additional feedback. Once complete, we prepare a customized leadership development plan. The coach and executive will then meet monthly over the span of six to twelve months through a combination of face-to-face, virtual, and telephone sessions. Reading assignments and other activities are given in-between sessions to reinforce concepts.
