Our executive coaching is a partnership between you, the leader, executive, manager or business owner, and us. Your coaching engagement usually begins with an assessment to understand strengths, challenges, and goals. We may interview co-workers to gather additional feedback. Once complete, we prepare a customized leadership development plan. The coach and executive will then meet monthly over the span of six to twelve months through a combination of face-to-face, virtual, and telephone sessions. Reading assignments and other activities are given in-between sessions to reinforce concepts.
